The schedule of fees for OLGC Band participants for 2024 are set out below:
- (Annual) BAND fee = $375.00
- (Annual) Instrument hire = $300.00
- (Annual) Instrument usage charge (keyboard and percussion only) = $100.00
- Essential elements Book/CD (TRAINING Band only) = $30.00
These annual fees cover the Band Director’s salary, new instruments, music purchases, the cost of purchasing new instruments, instrument repairs and servicing, admin costs and other band-related expenses.
Music Ensemble fees are NOT included in normal school fee accounts.
You will receive a SEPARATE “Music Ensembles” invoice early in 2024 once we have received:
- your child’s “registration” form (Google Form)
- your child’s signed “code of conduct” document
- your parent/carer single “consent” form (for OSH events)
Please note an invoice will be issued separately to your school fees account once your child is assured of a position in the band for 2024.
Band fees are paid via Qkr! or credit card by phoning the School Office during school hours only.
From 2024, we request full payment of ALL Music Ensemble fees by the end of Term 1. In special circumstances, planned payment arrangements can be made for Music Ensemble fees. Please contact the Music Ensembles Administrator (Sarah Webster) to discuss your requirements.
